Yoga is currently not avaiable at Balance. The Compassion course is now running on Tuesday mornings.

The true kaupapa of Yoga is not primarily about being flexible and having good balance (though these will definitely improve with regular Yoga practise!). It is about meeting your body just where it is now and working mindfully and respectfully with your own unique body in ways to release imbalances in the body and breath and begin to harmonise all the systems of the body.
