Our Friday Conversation Space is a positive way to reflect on the week and get ready for the weekend!
This is an evolving space which is based on reflections from the popular book 'Don't Sweat the Small Stuff' by Richard Carlson (1997), and how we can apply them to our lives in positive ways. We occasionally change up the content and bring in new material to keep things fresh.
This space is facilitated by Balance Peer Support Workers and runs from 12:30 - 2:30 every Friday. All Balance members are welcome to attend.
